Do you take insurance?

We are a private pay practice and do not currently accept insurance. This allows us to provide personalized care and tailor each session to your individual goals and needs.

Do I need to have a pool?

Yes, however we’re always looking for ways to make aquatic services more accessible.

Who can benefit?

Aquatic exercise can be helpful for individuals living with arthritis, recovering from an injury or surgery, managing neurological conditions, or experiencing weakness, balance difficulties, or chronic pain. If you’re wondering whether aquatics may be a good fit for you, we’d be happy to talk through your goals.

What is occupational therapy?

Occupational therapy focuses on helping you participate in the everyday activities that are meaningful to you. We look at the whole person and work together to improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility and confidence for improved quality of life, function and independence!

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes. Because everyone’s needs are different, we have the flexibility to tailor session length and treatment to what works best for you.

Do you offer small group sessions or classes?

Yes! We offer small group aquatic sessions and classes. Contact us to learn more about current offerings and availability.

What counties do you serve?

We currently serve Martin, St. Lucie, and Palm Beach Counties. If you’re outside of our service area, we’ll do our best to connect you with a local provider who may be able to help.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required to get started.

Where else can sessions take place?

We can meet in a variety of settings depending on your needs and goals, including your pool, your home, or even the ocean. We’ll work with you to find a setting that feels comfortable, accessible, and appropriate for your care.
